Britney Spears May Leave ‘The X Factor’

Even though Britney Spears has been a superstar who has dedicated this year to put her life back on track, there will always be rumors against you. According to US Weekly, the pop singer won’t return to the second season of ‘The X Factor’.

‘The X Factor: USA’ Season Two Judges: Britney Spears, Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid.

The second season of the American version of ‘The X Factor’ finished on December 20 declaring country-guy Tate Stevens as the winner. The ratings put the show in the #1 position on December 19 and 20, according to U.S. Nielsen Ratings. Regardless this results, apparently Fox Studios producers are not pleased with judge Britney Spears performance during the season.

Britney Spears became a hot topic when she joined the series on May, with a contract of 15 million dollars beating other music competitions judges like Christina Aguilera 4.5 million contract with ‘The Voice’ and Jennifer Lopez 10 million contract with ‘American Idol’. Fox Studios is supposed to dismissed the pop singer after one season just like Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul.

Someone who is confirmed for not returning to ‘The X Factor’ Season three is American record executive, L.A. Reid who has been a part of the show since season 1. ”I have a company to run that I’ve kind of neglected. I have a huge responsibility to a roster of artists and it’s kind of time for me to stop doing the ‘me’ show.” Reid expressed.

There are no news about the contract renewal of Judge Demi Lovato and hosts Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian.
